Let’s be honest—we’ve all seen those "boutique" PDWs. They’re pretty, they’re shiny, and they cost more than your first truck. At Vanguard Defense, we built the Dirt Squirrel for the rest of us.


The Dirt Squirrel is a 10.5" .300 Blackout system that doesn't care about your "safe queen" aesthetic. We stripped away the over-priced fluff to focus on what actually matters: a 1:8 twist barrel that stabilizes every grain of subsonic lead you feed it, and a gas system tuned to run reliably in the high-heat, high-dust reality of the Arizona desert.


It’s built to be dragged through the scrub, tossed in a toolbox, and run suppressed until the handguard glows. It’s the "Home-Grown Hero"—the weapon system that proves "expensive" doesn't always mean "better."
